Refund policy

Purchasing tickets at full price or reservation price to any class held at Bossard's Board Works are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. 

We require a 24-hour notice on cancellation.

If you miss the scheduled class, these are the options:

• Pick and Paint
• Pick up item to take home for a DIY.
• A $5.00 charge is also added for any kit pick up options.

*Frequent "No Shows" will be required to pay in full prior to class date.

In the event that Bossard's Board Works cancels a class for any reason, you will be rescheduled for a date that you can make.
